Used for the many dead draws that come your way on the path of life. The reason the second effect only lets you draw the number of your prize cards is to prevent it from becoming overpowered with or against a late game N.
I have to say, I'm loving the basic concept behind this idea. I'm not so sure about the specific card itself though.

That's basically Empoleon but better.

Wow. Didn't even notice that. Anyway, I was aiming for the idea of a Trainer as an Ability. Not something that would be heavily abused (like Juniper).

Even better thought: add the "when you play _______ from your hand to evolve one of your Pokemon" clause.

The only things I'm not like is that u can use from the discard pile. I don't even want to delve into the shenanigans that could come from using multiple of these in or out of the discard pile.

Isn't it Ace Spec?

Yep. This prevents it from becoming easily obtained without other supporters, so you can't run a deck off it because you'll need supporters to draw it, and you only get 2 hand refreshes with it anyway unless you use a card like Sableye.

I didn't realize it was an ace spec. Now the card wont have consistancy, since u can only run 1.

There should be something that has a PONT effect in an ability on a Pokemon that can be used from the hand, like the new Audino.

Ability: If this card is in your hand, you may discard it. If you do, shuffle your hand into your deck, and draw 6 cards. You may only use this ability once per turn.

Searchable supporter that can't get Catchered, doesn't use up a bench spot, and can't be used over and over. It would preferably have less than 90 HP so it can get Level Balled.

What about something like

Arceus-EX

Ability: Creation
You may knock out this Pokemon. If you do, search your deck for 3 Pokemon, 3 Trainers, and 3 Energy and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

It definitely improve your ability to get attackers and stuff out, making you much more consistent, but it comes with a hefty 2 prize drawback. I think something like that, similar to Electrode, would be best.

Opponent plays N!

If it weren't an EX, it would be more viable. 3 Trainers isn't really anything special, not enough to offset the 2 prize drawback. Pokemon and Energy are already searchable too.

But it can be special energy which is unsearchable. It says 3 energies not basic energies. But make it better on a non-EX pokemon

Can't you get it with Skyla?

Sure, but that still doesn't get around the fact that you only get 2 hand refreshes with it, and you can't use it on the turn you fish it out with Skyla so the opponent can just N it away.

Actually, the way you worded it, you could still use it AFTER you used a Supporter. Why not just make it an Ace Spec supporter? That way it also doesn't get blocked by Gothitelle and the wording is less confusing.

Eh. If you read the effect though its "You may not use Supporters on the turn you use this effect." not "You may not use Supporters after you use this effect." so you wouldn't be able to play it if you used a supporter earlier in your turn. So, the only difference would be things like Sableye that target items. I'm not really sure in that regard whether its better for it to be able to be Sableye'd or not, since it still can't be used with a supporter in your hand so its not very spammable.

Dialga {M}90 HP
Ability : time link: when this card is put into play each player shuffles there hand into there deck and draws 5 cards.
{M}{M}{M} space loop:switch this Pokemon with one of ur Pokemon on the bench after doing damage : 50
