If I may just plead on my case:
1. The person before me just put "Put onto your active Pokemon", and didn't get taken off for it.
2. I thought I did space out my attacks...
3. Flygon ex, DF. 150 HP, amazing Body and attack. No weakness. Kingdra ex (DF). Crazy good card with an attack that voids out Weakness.

Actually, I know what happened with the water symbol. I forgot to put a space between the } and the x, which breaks the smiley.

One day, I'll discover what pokebeach and it's member's odd fixation with grammer is. Seriously, its getting annoying.

Celebi23: I see you edited the card before I posted. That's my fault, giving you an 8.5/10. :) Weakness these days are applied with a normal x2. I'm not giving you extra for that, or everyone will. I see your point however. Still, 8.5 ISN'T bad.
gmmuka: You edited what I saw incorrect with the first one. Therefore, your score remains the same.

Ryuu7: Beautiful outline. However...lots of grammatical errors.
-Space between period and capital letters.
-Capitalize "Out" in "Knocked Out".
-Poke-Note...very creative!! I like this!! +1 point for you!
-Please PLEASE make "damage counter" "damage counters".

8/10 overall, with color, Poke-Note, 9/10. VERY nicely done!!

PokeManiac: Nice use of color!! Great, actually! (I just wish Psychic were {P} instead, but nothing taken off for that.
I would reword the Slowking's attack to:
{W}{P} Slow Shot 40+
This attack does 40 more damage for each Slowbro and Slowking on your Bench.
9/10. Just spectacular. You would have gotten a 9.5 if you had put: Put onto your Active Slowking.

Poke-body - Whoa, way to broken. Especially when most attacks done to benched Pokemon are 10-40
Attack one - Fair enough, not bad
Attack two - Seems a bit....pointless and regretful, getting rid of your energy for 30 damage to all?
Other - HP, retreat cost, weakness are good and fine

All in all it's pretty good Nicely done 7.8

gmmuka -

Poke-body - ...ok
Pokepower - The explanation of the burn effect isn't really needed as it is on all player mats
Other - All good

Hmm seems a bit weak but this depends on it's previous version of the card so I am giving it a 7.4

Pokepower - With it having 130 HP this Pokepower is pretty broken especially when Slowking has 130 HP
Attack one - Neat I like it
Other - All fie apart from weakness that should be 30 or 40 damage

All good and good effort put in I give it an 8.3

Pokepower - I would expect brokenness from a rare LVX but this is broken not to broken but just over the mark
Attack one - Very nice I like it
Other - All good apart from retreat cost that should be at least 2 higher

I have a couple problems with this one already...

This is the modified version, so I don't need to explain anything.

You get a 7/10 twin tails...sorry, lots of errors wording wise, missed capitalization, missed spacing between period and next sentence...not your best.

Once again, I am...shocked. Looks great...but due to lateness, there will be slight deduction...and judges would need to um..."judge" it. :p

-Color astounds me. Nice.
-Eh, you put onto your Active Victreebel twice. :F
-Defening should be Defending.
-Power is GREAT.
-I think Grass Energy symbol would appear before Psychic, but I won't count off.

9.5. You're lucky that you got it in in time!

Poke-power - Unique and a wide range of coin flippery, good stuff
Attack one - Good I like it well organized
Other - All of it is good but I think the weakness should be fire (Yes I know it's a psychic type)

Wow this is a great card I love it 9.2
