Now that you mention it.... I just remember.
I need to finish them too... Damnn it!!! T.T
Sorry but after when home from church today, I was looking for some information about this Meloetta pokemon for pokepoetry. Then while looked video, I found this pokemon XY anime.
And I watched them all till now *already pass midnight in my time*
Where does malgram come from? (the name, of course)
My take on the moves:
1: Air Cutter (This one's perfect) 1: Mud Bomb (earth power?) 1: Dragon Pulse (exclusive but it doesn't look bad) 1: Aura Sphere (this is too much of an exclusive move... change it for focus blast only? or vacuum wave? since the fighting type is peculiar, this move could be different to the others) 1: Power Gem (only special rock type move possible. Don't forget to include a gem-like structure in the design, to justify it) 1: Water Pulse (let's make it learnable by TM, along with scald) 1: Conversion 2 1: Tackle 1: Conversion 1: Smoothen (smoothen? don't you mean sharpen?) 7: Psybeam 11: Nasty plot 14: Recover 24: Recycle (I don't know about it, heal block? lock on? this pokemon is not evil, but it does manipulate the opponent more than porygon) 28: Signal Beam (This one's perfect) 33: Discharge (This one's perfect) 41: Tri - Attack 50: Shadow Ball (This one's perfect) 56: Anthithesize 65: Gunk Shot (too powerful. for poison, TM sludge bomb is enough, right? zap cannon?)
TM moves Psyshock.(This one's perfect) Reflect Calm Mind. Sludge Bomb (This one's perfect) Toxic. Sandstorm (I don't know about weather. maybe it would be best to rely on other pokemon for weahter support.) Hail. Rest Venoshock. Overheat Hidden Power. Flamethrower Energy Ball Sunny Day. Fling Taunt. Charge Beam Ice Beam. Flash Hyper beam. Thunderwave Light Screen. Infestation (I'm on the fence here. certainly an infestation is plausible for a virus) Protect. Substitute Rain Dance. Dark Pulse Safeguard Return Frustration Flash Cannon Thunderbolt. Trick Room Psychic. Dazzling Gleam Shadow Ball. Double Team.
There's still a few TMs missing from porygon's learnset, like aerial ace and such, but it's looking good.
Remember, go simple with the design. Porygon is simple, and viruses are also simple creatures, morphologically speaking.

But those pokemon are mainly fitting for the idea of gathering aura, blastoise and clawitzer are already pushing it, but they're justified by having an ability that gives it more power, and there aren't many moves affected by it, so they need all they can get.
Exactly, you have fire, and rock for the jewels, and water because water is in the indian myth already. emboar has scald, and hogs are not even related to water.
Evolved from Nocturm: Shellight
Type: Bug
Species: Nightlight Pokemon
Ability: Compund Eyes or Tinted Lens, HA Shed Skin
Gender ratio: 50%M/50%F
Height: 1'00"
Weight: 3Lbs
Base stats: 40/10/65/10/70/10
Evolves to Lunight via level up at lv 16 and knowing Moonlight, Evolves to Stellight via level up at lv 16 and knowing Night Daze
If both moves are known or neither move is known, evolution will not occur.
@Professorlight, I am having a hard time reconciling the list of moves you have for them and trying to make them work. Your lists don't tell me if the moves are lv1 moves, level up moves, TMs, or anything really. So I would appreciate if you could provide that info.
Lunight is bug/fairy, not psychic, the image was too blurry to see, I didn't use any particular niche for the moves, but I did try to base them on leavanny's progression, there are probably some changes to be done, as taking away some damaging moves, and stellight would benefit from some tactical dark type moves, maybe.
I gave to lunight most moves related to light. Maybe moonblast has to go to not make it OP, since stellight doesn't have anything like it.
Why mimic? memento is interesting, maybe lunight can have healing wish opossing it.
I tried to give them nasty plot, tail glow and quiver dance at a high level to not make them too overwhelming at the begining of the game. as with the evolution happening at level 22.
I though the abilities for the worm and the pupa could be illuminate, and the HA, rattled.
For the moths, I was considering magic guard / wonder skin respectively, or something that benefits from nightfall.
I'll see if I can modify this based on your movesets.
I Figured mimic would be fitting since the their wings reproduce the light of their surroundings. They mimic their environment to their advantage. makes more sense for Stellight but I thought it was appropriate for both.
The moves were not organized, that's what we had to do now. I like nocturm. sounds good.
I worked on something myself, too:

There are less damaging moves now, and at a maximum of 85 power. that seems enough, considering both can get a huge stat boost, that will be a sensible downside.
I took the progression patterns of leavanny but replicated the later moves as start moves, always consider that any evolved pokemon at Lv1 must have a basic normal low damage attack and the first moves it learns by level. That allowed me to take feint attack/fairy wind and confuse ray and use them to bridge the gap between the evolution level and Lv1. then you have the other moves that you must learn for level or by relearner.
The egg moves come mostly from each other, it's a way to have a lunight with ominous wind if you want it or to pass silver wind to stellight. I didn't include Tail glow becasue I'm not sure if it should be an egg move for other pokemon.
