Hello, everyone. I finished reading the thread.
The case on Jesi is awful and never should have gotten as far as it did. FOS to everyone on the wagon and especially those of you who know better and still decided to say nothing. Shout outs to PP for being my suspect for today.
Neighbors? Ew. Why do you care at all about finding a neighbor? You can't trust neighbors. The only reason I can think of that you want to be found immediately is that you can get them to feed you information to relay back to your scum team. It says quite a lot that this was your first post.
For the second time, this is not true at all, please stop saying it.

This is Jesi's MO and not at all out of character for her. She AtE's like it's going out of style and you're surprised she is freaking out?
Here is another example of PP trying to make a mountain out of a molehill.

My old reasoning clearly still stands? Did I really need to repeat what I'd already said back then? She was scummy then and is still scummy now, my reasoning hasn't changed, it's just been added to with the V/LA.
To anwer your question about Robin and Jesi, there's not really any difference except by the way they've both reacted. Robin reacted the exact same way that I would generally react, he's gotten arrogant and honestly it's painful reading his posts cos the arrogant thing just sounds dumb (now that I've read someone else doing it. So because he's reacted the same as me I see him being more townlike than Jesi.
And yep that was dumb telling, I didn't need to add that part but for some reason I did, completely accidental mind you, but yeah I agree with you.
SS is suss, sure, but I don't think there is enough evidence on him for a Day 1 lynch. IE's case is weak, because it's the minor, standard SS stuff that he keeps getting mislynched for on Day 1 or Day 2 the game before because he's such an easy lynch. I'd actually like to give him a chance to play the game. xD

His tunneling is the thing that pinged my scumdar; it feels forced. Reading what PMJ pointed out, it reminds me a lot of PP's scum play in the Team GR game.
@Ice Espeon, if you found wailord scummy, why haven't you followed through and instead made a case on someone entirely different?

I noticed they "liked" PMJ's post up there but failed to comment on anything. But isn't that consistent with Robin's intentions? They didn't want to be in the Day 1 shenanigans in the first place, so I'm not surprised if they're quieter now they're not being dragged around.
That was actually completely coincidental. I went out-of-province to visit family. Why would I have taken such a long V/LA if I was feeling overly pressured, anyways? That's not logical in my eyes.
Getting lynched Day 1, or even in general. I don't like being killed, but I don't think anyone likes being killed.
Bugged Celever about that on Skype yesterday. I'd honestly say to expect one tomorrow, if we even get one at all before Night 1's beginning.

Kinda, but not really. I think the PP case is pretty good right now, and the Robin case should be dropped for now. I see nothing wrong with Wailord for now, but I have one quick thing to point out on SS:
You say that was dumbtelling, but you also say you added the "From my understanding" accidentally? Not sure how you can have both at once. Which is it?

Why is it bad to try to gain more information?
My role is worded to suggest that there are several gay players that I can form a neighborhood with, probably 3 or 4. My thought process was to then try and find all of the gay roles, which is why I made that post. Chances are, one of the gay roles is scum so it helps me with my scumhunting when I can operate on the notion that "one of these three/four players is likely scum". It makes things easier on me then trying to work with all 16ish or however many.
I believe it to be true so I'll continue to say it. I've played so many games elsewhere with a significantly high proportion of vanilla townies (upwards of 60% of roles that have no influence outside of their vote and voice, with the vote being the primary method of influence), so I will admit that it colors my beliefs. But it's advice I've gotten that has changed how I play this game.
In addition, if you're lynching me for believing this, I don't see any difference in lynching Jesi for the constant AtE. It's my MO, as you'd put it.
I think you're missing the part where my vote isn't on Jesi. Why would I push a wagon I have no interest in joining? I don't like the Jesi wagon, and my posts about her have been nothing more than me trying to engage with the conversation. My vote is on Robin and it'll be staying there for the foreseeable future at this rate.

No, you missed the point. You are not following up with this Wailord_2 thing, and have not given any indication on what you think about him now.
This is arguably worse, since you're standing by the sideline throw wood into the fire but not actually attaching yourself to the wagon.
I'm really bad at saying things for certain sometimes, so I like keeping myself open when stating my opinions on someone. Just makes me feel better about myself.

We're supposed to be engaging with the different wagons, as the point of presenting cases is for people to entertain the ideas and work with them. If you're just going to focus on one case (which is what you appear to be advocating for), all you're doing is tunneling. Earlier in the day, I was entertaining the Jesi wagon, hence the posts PMJ quoted. However, like most of us at this point now realize, the Jesi wagon isn't that good, which is why I'm sticking with Robin now.
