RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Oh god, Joey Crawford is the head ref of the Chicago and Miami game 3. This will not go well at all.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Is it me or is the CHI-MIA series a 2 in 1? There's MMA and Basketball in it.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

KD's free throw performance wasn't nearly as bad as Iblocka getting blocked by the rim all night. I just hope he learns to never dunk again. ._.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Too many mistakes by the Thunder altogether. Sloppy game.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Let's just hope the Spurs get tired before Curry's ankle does.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Something just tells me the old men are going to win this series.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

I want to think that too due to their experience, but the Warriors' youth and talent makes them look like the winner in the long run. The Spurs will probably push it to seven where the fatigue will really set in.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Now taking bets on the number of ejections, technicals, and flagrants in the Bulls Heat game tomorrow.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Kid Clutch died with Russel.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

What I feared is coming to fruition. A Westbrickless OKC team can't handle the physicality of Memphis.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Looks like the Harden trade is coming back to haunt them (although they clearly didn't see the off-season tragedy before the trade) even though Ibaka finally had a good night.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Now Durant's surrounding squad is akin to LeBron's typical cast as a Cavalier. The Thunder can't rely on Durant alone to carry the team to the Finals. And even if they did, who can beat the Heat (as much as I hate to say it)?

Memphis is the team that everyone's pointing to that could overthrow Miami. Their physicality down low in the post/paint is what Miami can't really compete with.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Memphis was really the only western team that has a chance against the Heat anyways. They can outrebound and guard the perimeter and inside well, all of which are things the Heat do not like to face. I actually like this Finals matchup because Memphis plays Eastern Conference basketball while Miami plays Western Conference basketball.
