NBA Discussion Thread

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

If it weren't for Bosh's complete futility, this would be a double-digit game.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Free throws have really kept the spurs in this one.

May we see buzzer beater ;)

Whoever wins this game deserves it.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Ginobili throws another possession away, Spurs throw the Finals away.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

You know what, Heat deserve that win with the way the Spurs ended the game. Good game.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Birdman Finals MVP.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Heat pulled some lucky shots out their asses during the final two games, but the Spurs didn't look like a team that had won four championships during the Popovich era.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Just figures that the Heat would win.

The end of Game 6 was the collapse and turning point for the Spurs. Ultimately caused their undoing.

dmaster out.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

*sigh*

At least bosh had 0 points. That is pretty laughable.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

@Jay: Looks like Bosh finally heard the rumor that he's getting shipped to Charlotte.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Why would any team want Bosh? His 20-10 days are clearly done.

Oh, right. Cos Bobcats.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Yeah, Chris Bosh won't be playing in South Beach next season. Miami will ship him out somewhere.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Part of me thinks that Bosh's struggles (not just in the postseason) were due to the fact that Bosh is a poor fit for the Heat's offense. Perhaps he can rebound somewhere else. Regarding the free agent pool, there are some interesting stars whose futures are to be decided, like CP3, Dwight Howard, and Monta Ellis.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

I think this will be the last season the Heat plays small ball. It won them two championships (mo like Lebron won them), but it's not really a good strategy in the east. As proven in the ECF, big centers (Roy, Noah, Lolopez) will continue to give Miami trouble if they stick with Bosh as their center.

p much it's time for Miami to play like an eastern conference team if they want hopes at a threepeat.

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

Wait
Is bosh seriously leaving the heat or are you guys just making fun of him?

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

A little of both.

A trade (or problems with his neighbor, Wade) would explain why he put his Miami house up for sale recently.

u mad spurs?

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

It looks like the Doc may be on his way out of Boston to the LA Clippers? (I'll be in major surprise if the NBA allows this to go through we'll find out on Monday.)

And meanwhile in Cleveland?? Trying to offer a couple picks for Pierce (not a bad deal but if they end up sending the top pick of this year's draft (highly unlikely, but since they're as stupid as the LA Clippers are they'll do whatever it takes to get better) to Boston then they pretty much set themselves up to get a decent player with that top pick.)

RE: The Official NBA Discussion Thread

I thought they ended the ta-

oh

wow

too bad stern will deny it, thus setting up turmoil and rage in boston and the leaving of cp3 from clippers, causing pierce to stay in boston so he can steal some smooches from doc, even further complicating things in cleveland so bronbron never returns, THUS increasing the chances of a heat 3peat,

i see your plan stern, trying to pull the strings even after you leave.
