The Lucario is level 10 everywhere. The only Pokemon that is higher than level 10 other than events of course is the level 15 Wobbuffet. So far that is the only normal DW Pokemon higher than level 10 XD.

For all of us in the US, the Movie Reshiram and Zekrom event has been announced!!!!! The event will begin March 10th 2012, this Saturday until April 8th 2012!!!!! Like with the Japanese event, tuck in one of these Pokemon into the Eindoak home in the Pokemon Dream World to unlock the Reshiram and Zekrom C-Gear skins!!! Expect the Reshiram and Zekrom C-Gear skin promotions to begin later this week. Either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday!
For all of us in the US, the Movie Reshiram and Zekrom event has been announced!!!!! The event will begin March 10th 2012, this Saturday until April 8th 2012!!!!! Like with the Japanese event, tuck in one of these Pokemon into the Eindoak home in the Pokemon Dream World to unlock the Reshiram and Zekrom C-Gear skins!!!
Expect the Reshiram and Zekrom C-Gear skin promotions to begin later this week. Either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday!

Oh I did not know that XD. I just got over 7,500 points last night so I have not gotten that one yet XD. Anyway are there any other events for us coming soon? Like the V Create Rayquaza? Japan is getting this Rayquaza soon so I was wondering if we were getting it too?

The Pokemon Movie Home expansion is now live on Pokemon Global Link in the Dream World!!
That explains the extended maintenance yesterday.
Also, the Victini Doll Decor is now available!
It is unlocked with a password, which is PGLVICTINI12
Both the Pokemon Movie Home and the Victini doll decor will be avilable until May 29th 2012!

I am trying to get the C-Gear Skins. I have both Reshiram and Zekrom. Do I need to put them to sleep to do the events for the C Gear? Thanks XD.
EDIT: I have the Eurpeon ones. Will they do the same thing? They are the same event so was wondering if they will unlock the Skins also? Thanks XD.

I'm not sure. You must have the ones from the Netherlands. You could try it though. Just in case anyone has a problem getting the Victini doll, the Promotion will not appear in the Information section under your login information. You have to actually go to Promtions to see the Victini Doll Decor Promotion, then enter the password. Which is in my previous post.

That Victini is adorable.
Since someone already asked me to add it, I'll just clarify the terms. I'm not adding the Zekrom/Reshiram event to this list. They are Wi-Fi events. Not Global Link. You are able to get them without the use of a code/computer.

I just used my Netherlands events. THEY WORK XD. If you have them USE THEM. I just got my Reshiram Skin. You need to play a Victini orb game first. You have 2 minutes to get Reshirams Fire move maxed out to open the chest. To do so collect orbs until the bar is full and you have unlimited chances XD. It took me 3 tries and you have to be fast too XD. Reminds me of the SNES game Bio Metal in a way XD.
