Lucario now available for the US Global Link!
It's unlocked by password which you get from purchasing specially marked Pokemon Black and Pokemon White Version games at Target starting January 15th 2012 to April 30th 2012! It is currently unknown whether they are one use or not.

If they are single-use, I've never seen a company isolate its early customers like this (even if it petty). Wow.

They're probably like the Platinum Rotom codes, I'd imagine.

So they basically want people who already have the games to go out and buy a second copy? To even see this Promotion, you have to have a US Global Link account. I hope they're not single-use. This is a very different method fore this Promotion. I guess this is like Target's first Event Distribution. This would work for people who haven't got both versions. They could go to Target starting on Sunday and get the version they don't have, with the Lucario password. But what about people who have both versions?

I just my White Version about 3 weeks ago. Am I included on this promotion? If anyone gets the password please post it here XD.:)

The Lucario password is single use only. I just tried mine that I got today, and it only worked for one account. :/

I hope they release this for everyone otherwise we will have to trade for clones of it. That is the only other way if they are being this cheap.:(

Hopefully, after about a month they see how many sales they're getting of these. Then they'll reveal a password on Pokemon.com for everyone who has the games already to use.

If they don't release it to everyone I will trade with someone who has one and get it cloned for everyone here XD.:)

No problem man. I am on 5 different boards so when I see I will get it then spam it to everyone here XD. Reguardless of NFT or not. If I get it it will be in everyones palms soon. This will be the only event I will be forced to spam to everyone XD.:)

EDIT: Has anyone tried putting in passwords they can think of? I tried PGLLucario but did not work and I have tried PGLDREAMWORLD but that was no good either. If you guys can try typing passwords you can think off you might be able to get the event yourselves too. I am out of ideas so I can't do it XD.:)

I bet the passwords are really cryptic, much like the Deerling C-Gear passwords were. I doubt they'll be able to be guessed simply; a knowledge of algorithms (?) is probably needed.

Maybe it's a series of numbers. "C3452-7589XD" something..? But that'd be pretty hard to guess, I suppose. :p

One-time use codes are supposed to be case-sensitive. I'd presume it's like prepaid cell-phone cards where you have to buy the product and have the code activated before you can use it, otherwise they're useless. But that's just my guess.

I like that idea xxashxx. I rather have a clone then wasting $35+ on another copy of a game I have any day.

If only we knew what the passwords were like. I have yet to find someone with a password they are willing to let me use that I can use to unlock my own XD.:)
