On the main page, go to Promotions to input any passwords for promotions that are still active.
To actually receive these changes into your game, go to Customize and select what you want. You can only have 1 of each (C-Gear Skin, Pokedex Skin, and extra Musical) at a time.
Your game will be updated when you use Game Sync to wake up your Pokemon.
obv you must log in to access Promotions and Customize, as with everything else.

I just tried to wake the Pokemon but it is dreaming and I can't do anything. When can I wake it up again?
EDIT: Can I access the Dream World without logging in or do I have to be logged in to use it?

To answer your first question: You must wake up your Pokemon by logging into your Pokemon GL account and waking it up that way. There are 2 ways to do it: the first way is to actually access the Dream World and press the "Power" button at the top right of the screen and wake it up that way; the second way is to go directly into your profile, and I think there is a "Wake Up!" button there.
And you must actually be logged in to access Dream World.

Oh ok. What happens if I log in then have to leave the computer and go somewhere else? Can I still access DW as long as I am still logged in but leave the window open?

I don't think it matters. Your 1 hour of playtime starts counting down from the instant you start your DW for the day (at the message where it tells you "You can play in the Dream World for 1 hour"), and then keeps going without stop until the hour is up.
If you exit the GL tab and leave it for about 2 minutes or so, it will automatically log you out (but not if you leave it up).

What are the passwords for all the ones below the Banette on the GL site? I just did all the ones available up to Banetee but don't know wher on Pokemon.com to find them. Thanks.

I got all the promotions but how do I make the actual changes? Do I have to be on Game Sync then wake up my Pokemon first or do I make the changes then wake it up? Also how do I get the Pokemon I downloaded? Everytime I log on it asks me if I want to get it and I say yes but nothing happens. Do I need to have my Pokemon awake or asleep n order to do it? It is so confusing XD.

The Dreamworld itself is played completely online. You just use the DS and your Black/White game to upload and download Pokemon to it via the Game Sync/Online option on the game's C-Gear. This should also be explained in the games' instruction manual, and it should be explained in the game after you get the C-Gear by Fennel, the NPC character who supposedly made the in-game device.

The DS is just for waking Pokemon up and putting them to sleep. You play on the Dream World itself on your computer. If you go to www.pokemon.com there should be a link in the top right corner saying Pokemon Global Link. Click on that, and then follow the instructions there to sign in and connect your account with your game card. After you put a Pokemon to sleep, you go there and it should say on the left (insert Pokemon you put to sleep) and below that Pokemon DW: You can play. On the bottom there's a big blue button that says Pokemon Dream World. There should be a line in the middle of that saying, "You can play" if you did everything correctly. Click on that and you're in the dream world, follow the instructions on your screen to figure out what to do in the Dream World. Once you're done, click the power button in the top right corner of your screen (looks like a circle with a line through the top) and use Game Sync to wake the Pokemon up.

To add to that:
Any Pokemon wished for in the Dream World and sent back to the game (not counting the tucked-in Pokemon) is sent to the Entree Forest in the north of Entralink. The Pokemon will be (usually) at level 10 and is caught with a Dream Ball.

You know when you're in the Dream World there's a button on the top right (it looks like a Power button)?

~Hit "Exit and prepare to wake up"
~It will show you a Pokemon you wished for at the Dream Tree (if any), plus any items you opted to send back (if any)
~Confirm
~Wake your Pokemon up with Game Sync

The Zoroark and Winter Deerling C-Gear Skins are set to end tonight, and the Victini C-Gear Skin is set to end tomorrow night! If youn have not gotten these Promotions yet, make sure you get them ASAP! You shouldn't miss out on these great C-Gear Skins for Pokemon Black and Pokemon White Versions.
