Noise Rotom Lv. 46 80 HP {L}
Basic Pokemon
Picture: a speaker (the box kind) that is possessed by Rotom. It has eyes on the top and the speaker part is the mouth. Off of the two dials at the bottom on the far sides are little arms coming out. The aura of it is grayish-blackish. The entire thing is trying to climb a table. You can see the effort it is putting in from it's stubby little arms.
Poke-Power: Noise Shift
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may use this power. Noise Rotom's type is {D} until the end of your turn.
{C}{C} Slow Waltz 10
Search your deck for any Energy card and attach it to one of your Pokemon. Shuffle deck afterward.
{D}{C}{C} Pump Up the Jam 40+
Flip a coin for each Energy card attached to Noise Rotom. This attack does 40 plus 20 more damage for each heads. Discard all Energy cards attached to Noise Rotom.

Picture : A blender that is possesed by Rotom. Its eyes and mouth are on the bottom part of the Blender, the part where the buttons are.It has 2 long arms coming out from the bottom part of the Blender. It is on top of a kitchen table. On the right side of the table
(top right of the card picture), you can see fruits pastes (something like jam) , the fruit's skin, juice etc
spread messy on the table (Obviously blended by Rotom). On the left side of the table (btm left of the card picture), you can see fruits which are neatly arranged. Blender Rotom is moving towards that batch of fruits while on 1 hand still holding an orange and the other hand dropping an apple into the Blender, The big cup. Inside the Blender, you can see mixed colours (Mixtures of juices of different kinds of fruits) and the multi coloured juice are spilling out as it moves. Note that it doesn't have the Blender cap, that's why its spilling out.
Poke-Power : Blend Shift

Picture: An electricity socket possesed by Rotom with Rotom's usual eyes and mouth. In the pictue it looks like it is running away from the wall but it is held back by the cable. It is under a table and you can see people's legs on the sides of the table (they are sitting next to it). Small bolts of lightning are coming out of the cable and from Plug Rotom.
Poke-Power: Discharge
Once during your turn (before you attack) you may discard 1 {L} Energy from Plug Rotom. If you do, you may discard the top evolution card from the defending pokemon and put it in the discard pile.
{L}Overload 30
If Plug Rotom has more damage counters than the defending pokemon, this attack's base damge is 40 instead of 30.
{L}{C}Alternating Current 50
Your opponent switches his actuve pokemon with one of his bench pokemon.
Flavor Text: Plug Rotom's attitude is as wild as lightning. He likes to run around and break free but usually can't.

I know that the name (Plug Rotom) doesn't really fit since it's not the plug but Socket Rotom doesn't sound right.
Also I know that Rotoms usually have the Poke-Power: __ Shift but a socket is with electricity and there is no reason to turn into a different type. If it has to be a Shift Power than here it is but if it doesn't than just leave it as it is.
