Wow, your grasp of logic is truly breathtaking. I guess expecting Pokémon to evolve creatively is just too much to ask. the last time that the lake guardians got **any** form of respect in art form in TCG is all the way in 2008. Give the other two the due treatment.

while we are at it, full art Moltres (Kanto), Regice, Deoxys-A, Emamorus-I, and Diancie Mega does not exist either. My full art collection of mythicals and legends cannot be complete until TPCi give these Pokemon the due respect it deserves.

For the record, Skuntank: A Pokemon that no one asks for to have a AA, also all the way back from the same time, got a nicely drawn AA before the lake guardians. What kind of rubbish is that?

Here’s an idea, try reading with comprehension, and you’d get the point.

What I’m saying is that the Pokémon Company needs to step up their game when it comes to the art style. I couldn’t care less if it’s Terra type or whatever—they’re cranking out the same boring cards with a barely different pose. Meanwhile, TCG Pocket is killing it with art that actually slaps, while the physical cards are stuck with lazy, uninspired scraps. It’s embarrassing.

This hyped up set for is for nothing. Paradise dragona was good, different mons finally getting show time with pretty decent art. The pikachu side of surging sparks leaves so much to be desired.

Also the FA card is pikachu standing there, the SIR are shows it running through the grass with a shot from the back while the regular card is it jumping out of the frame. It’s literally and technically not even close to being the same pose across the three.


And while we are at it: someone that collects legendary pokemon is not in the position to make any claim of that sort. How basic is that even. I take that Skuntank art before any of these ugly DP legendaries. This lake guardian only gets away with it cause the illustrator saves everything.

Here’s a thought: instead of spewing condescending drivel, try actually understanding the argument. Whether Pikachu’s standing, jumping, or twiddling its thumbs, three versions of the same overused mascot hardly screams creativity. And for someone so obsessed with dismissing ‘basic’ tastes, it’s hilarious that you’re out here praising Skuntank, a Pokémon nobody even remembers. So save the self-righteous art critique, you’re just grasping at straws while trying to sound like some kind of expert.

With a Hero's Cape attached you'd have him at 360, so even with 10HP remaining that's 2460 damage he's doing (10+(35*70)) and naturally double that for weakness

Realistically though, it's 6 damage counters to KO literally anything in the game right now, and thanks to weakness only needs 3 damage counters to OHKO Charizard (20+(3*140)

Gengar, dodrio can assist with damage pump too
