Ok so I got Snash from eShop at 7pm PST somehow and it's still Duck Hunt, not Duck Hunt Duo. Also, I made a brawler grandma Mii and I can't even stop lmao

My Brawler Mii is one that is based off of Bob Barker, the former host of the US Price is Right. XD

Apparently it's "Duck Hunt Duo" for PAL regions and simply "Duck Hunt" for NTSC regions. I think it's because Americans don't know what teamwork is.

I've been playing some For Glory and beating up PMJ. The battle system in general seems adequate, though maybe a bit too defensive. Here are some general observations:
- Puff is different from her Melee counterpart, but still way better than her Brawl counterpart. I've been able to carry with fair a few times, but have only been able to chain 2 bairs, and I don't think that would've been an actual combo. Bair's a VERY strong killing move now. You can carry people off the egde with fair, and then finish them off with bair. Bair in general seems as spammable as it was in melee for spacing and wall-building. Down-tilt has surprisingly high knockback, Rest can be comboed into, but I wouldn't suggest trying it online, nair is as fast as it used to be, but has higher knockback than it used to, making it useful for getaways and keeping an opponent off the edge, but not so much as a set-up for combos (that's pretty much fair and uair now), up-tilt is as good as ever, Pound has no momentum anymore, so it's useful for stalling in the air, but doesn't aid recovery at all. Other than those things she's pretty much unchanged. She plays like I want her to, and she'll most likely be my main again this game.

- Both Ganon and Zelda feel relatively unchanged from their Brawl counterpart (except Zelda's down-B became way worse). This is fine for me, since I mained bottom tier in Brawl out of spite, so I'm able to pick these up and play them no problem. But this does mean they'll probably be horrible again. Maybe the Darknut has some uses I'm missing...

- Duck Hunt Duo's neutral-B, the can, is pretty awesome. I never liked using Snake, so this might be a field control character I won't abhor using for once.

- Marth/Lucina feel pretty slow, mostly owing to landing lag. Sad.

- Captain Falcon (YES!), despite not having the Melee momentum-transferred air speed, feels really solid. Most of his aerials (except for stomp and knee) have no landing lag, which makes them great for set-ups. The remaining aerials are of course great finishers. All-round way better than he was in Brawl, way, way better.

- Sheik's pretty neat, though I'm not sure what to do now that her fair doesn't kill. She racks up damage almost as fast as she did in Melee, but finishing feels harder. And something about the needles mechanics changed slightly and it's bugging me to no end.

- Robin's pretty fun. Air smashes feel like a great idea, but none of xyr non-smashed aerials really chain together well from what I can tell, so the choice comes down to whether you want to waste a Levin Sword use. In a 2-stock match I haven't run out of Elwinds yet, but I have killed a Robin as Puff by keeping xir off the edge. Gender-neutral pronouns.

- Pac-Man is fun, but optimal play seems really campy. He's way better than I initially expected, with some very fast moves (among which, surprisingly, forward-B). He doesn't really fit my playstyle, sadly, but he's still a very interesting character.

That's all my thoughts at the moment. I've used some more characters, but they don't fit my playstyle at all, so I'm not sure I can comment on their viability.

Smash bros is now out. Not sure when I will get it though. Looks like a cool game. Wish I could play it now LOLz.:)

I just saw that Ness Falco and Wario were unveiled today on the Smash Bros site and it looks like they are hidden characters and Wario Surprised me because he has never been a hidden character until now.:)

He hasn't been in any smash bros game other than Brawl, when he was in debut trailer lol

Anyone else experiencing funny glitches? I was on Gerudo valley as Duck hunt (Spoiler tag free thread now I assume), I was against Little mac. The bridge broke, and Mac was jumping up as the bridge closed, he was right there, about to pass the bridge...then he got KO'd, no falling, just the beam thingy, and game over.

Wait wasn't he in Melee? Am I thinking of the Wario Costume that Mario has? Must be that because I use a Wario Costume a lot when I play Smash on the GCN. Ok if so I wonder what his moves will be like.:)

Has anyone else here seen the giant Yoshi glitch? Basically, play 10 man melee as Yoshi, then use Yoshi's B move when only the Giant Yoshi is left. Each time, the Yoshi grows bigger! It's pretty funny.

I haven't read all the posts here, so sorry if I repeated that.

Can you take a video on the last match so we can see this? That sounds pretty cool. Does it matter what stage you are on and does it matter if it is a time or infinite battle?:)

That glitch is real, trust me. However, if that big yoshi swallows you, you will become invisible and you cant move at all. Pretty funny lol

Can someone take a video so I can see this? I don't have the game yet XD.:)

Ok the video says an error occurred please try again later. It is not working XD.:)

EDIT. The full screen is not working either XD. You may need to re upload it again XD. Sorry for the bad news.:(

I can't get the full screen mode to work XD. It will not engage at all XD.:)

I have no idea what your problem is because the video works perfectly fine. Just watch it on Youtube then: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pss1GQ5qrjM

Man that thing is HUGE. That is one HUGE glitch XD. Nintendo will definitely be fixing that glitch soon XD. Wow. That was cool though.:)

EDIT: BTW Why can't I view the full screen from the video that you uploaded to here? It works fine on YouTube but not here.:)

It's a cool glitch but gameplay-wise it's totally insignificant because it only works as a Yoshi on the big last boss Yoshi in Multismash, so it doesn't change multiplayer at all.

It might get fixed in an update but seeing how it's pretty funny and doesn't change gameplay (it's a horrible strategy score-wise) there is no real reason to fix it.

Yeah that glitch was cool. Why did the video not work properly here though?:)

Full screen doesn't work here as far as I know. The video itself works, however, at least for me.
Haven't gotten the game yet, still debating whether I should or not. Zelda is as bad as ever, and while Link may have gotten slightly better, he's still slow as hell. Has anyone played Shulk and Zero Suit Samus?
