RE: Collector's Showcase - Please try to post a picture!

Just found this in my collection, not sure if it's worth anything, but it's pretty cool, thought I'd show it off.

I have never seen that card before? It has a Wizards stamp on it. You should check to see how much it is worth.

It looks cool but $1.00 max. I have 3.... Sorry for bursting your bubble.

JR Rally 2002, 042/P – 047/P I just noticed that each card art is a puzzle piece to one big picture!! ^^ Awesome, I wish I could find cards like that online... :/

I have 4 or 5 extra cards of those, for sale or trade.

I'm doing a 30 Day Pokemon Challenge on Facebook/Twitter, answering the questions using my Pokemon card collections. So I thought I'd post the three collection pictures I've taken so far.

Day 1 - Favorite Pokemon (Dewgong)

Wow, these are some sweet looking collections! I have an okay collection of Eevees/Eeveelutions. So far I only have about 60 or so, and most of them are from Dp- On.

@alexmf2 - You should take a few photographs and share your collection with us! I honestly love looking at collections of the Eevee & Evolutions Line :)

NEW ADDITION!

Viper.Fox- !!!!!!!

Congratulations! That is absolutely, absolutely amazing. Just about the most awesome cards in the world (IMO next to Illustrator Pikachu)
I'm not going to ask how much you paid for them, but when you buy a really rare card like that (let alone 3), how do those transactions usually go? Do they do things like payment plans/etc?

Also, were those graded?

Private sales, usually. This set was on eBay originally, but I knew the seller and so contacted him directly to arrange a private sale with a payment plan. Given I know the family quite well that had them and had done transactions through them before for things of rarity (PLAY series Umbreon/Espeon for example) I was more than welcome to pay them off over the span of nearly a year by them.

They weren't, but if they had of been I would have honest to the Gods ripped them free of those horrible airtight cases. Dead serious.

I store my rarest cards in a binder which has promos from 1996 through to 2002. The weight + the fact it's a dry and importantly a cold cupboard ensures their safety more than an airtight case which could be prone to issues from gas buildup from the inks over an extended period of time. It's a personal opinion of mine that is often a contention point with other collectors but I also store animation cels and sketches, some of which from the 1950's and kept the same way before I got my hands on them, in the same way (acid free archival sheets in binders/specialised folders kept in the cold cupboard where its dry and safe from warping) for the same reasons; the buildups can wreck the original materials and it's better to have SOME breathing room rather than none, as well as the ability to re-sleeve if necessary.

Been doing it for years and years and years. Hasn't failed me yet.

The posting of admiration of members collections is not adding to the discussion.

Please refrain from doing in the future.

More single Pokemon collections of mine that I used as answers in the 30 Day Pokemon Challenge:

Day 7 - Most Adorable Pokemon (Togekiss - complete artwork collection, although that's not saying a lot.)

Day 17 - If you could be any Pokemon, which would you be? (Mew)

Day 6 was a Garchomp picture but my Garchomp collection isn't worth posting, and days 9 through 16 were general/non-Pokemon species-specific questions.

My Charizard ex collection!
charizard%252520ex%252520collection.jpg

Not all of them are mint, only three of them are mint. I'm looking to get rid of the non-mint ones. While there's a sizeable TCG population where I come from, this card isn't really in high demand (I would know, since I bought two of the mint ones here for less than $115). Can anyone provide any advice on selling these cards?

RE: Collector's Showcase - Please try to post a picture!

If anyone on the forums collect Reshiram TCG cards, then can you please post pictures of them? I would like to see them cause I am just starting to collect TCG cards of Reshiram.

RE: Collector's Showcase - Please try to post a picture!

Can't compare to some of the above, but these are some my favorite cards:
