Well I asked Xous if he would make me a Charizard when he first started showing off. xD He ended up doing so. I have tried to think of usage for this BEASTLY piece of art but I failed until this challenge. Now it is time for me to get down to buisness on my banner.

You can, you will need written permission and a screenshot from whoever the image rightfully belongs to. If you drew it yourself, this is of course, not needed.

Did you ask PearlEden for the usage of the Arceus pic?

maybe he found it on an image hosting website like photobucket or tinypic, in which case, he wouldnt have to ask for permission, since he didn't know.

Maybe he didn't realize it was from deviantart?

How about I have seen it on Google, MSN, Yahoo, Dev.Art, Ask, Youtube...it is all over the internet. So stop complaing there is no saying WHERE he got the image from.

On another note; LV, your art from the last competition came from Deviant. In other words, you shouldn't be pointing fingers.

I can't speak for Black Rayquaza but as famous as the image is, it is common courtesy to ask permission and he really should. Regardless of where he found it, if PearlEden says no, sorry SS tough luck.
