If you get an egg with a shiny pokemon, will the egg look different, or will you only find out after you hatch it?

Also, note that when you receive the egg from the daycare man, everything about the pokemon inside (nature, gender, IVs, shiny/normal) is set in stone. Therefore, you cannot just Soft Reset before it hatches to get different results. You have to reset to before you receive the egg.

Another question about black city and white forest, Soon I am getting a 3ds so I will have two ds' but my black city and white forest have no people in either, does this mean if I connect, I wont be able to get any people?

Yes. You need to have at least one person in each to be able to get more people to join.

Yes. You can trade them over wifi. Many people have them in their English games because of this.

Okay so if I use Masuda method to try and breed for shinies, can the non-foreign Pokemon hold an Everstone and be able to pass down its nature (at 50% chance)?

In B/W Yes. It doesn't affect the shiny odds going up again, if I'm correct, then this only works in B//W.

You use the C-Gear, then select wireless, and then you select Entralink to warp there. You can't be in a building.

On competitive play I see all of these pokemon with specific EV's and IV's.
How do you get those that refined?

You just see what EVs the Pokemon you are battling give, and only battle Pokemon that give the EVs you want. Although, a lot of people just use Pokesav.
