Garchomp/Ampharos is tier 2, and with a good list, it can take down Jay Hornuggs 3rd place at worlds Flychamp list. I tested the match up, it won 2/3, but just barely...JUST barely...if anything though, it wont go higher than 1.5. Just my two cents. BUT...TM.Inator is tier 1.5/2, its a good deck that is pretty fast and VERY consistent. Only problem? 0 late game. Belt may help with that, but barely. If Plox hits the height it did, then we are probably going to see an increase in Scizor again, maybe a new age intimidation deck of sorts? If so, thats gotta be 2 at least. Donphan at 1.5? Nonono. Look. You say the card is bad, right? Think about it. The thing has a virtual 160 w/ a belt, and is slugging out 80 for one. Because of this, it can abuse SSU, and if it is paired with Manectric say, it has virtually 0 draw backs. Not to mention its swarmability, and it being a stage 1. Try facing the thing head on. Its got so much pure power, I cannot think of any decks that can stand up to it...

Donphan doesn't really need powers once it is set up, because, well, its a swarm deck. Also, it would outspeed like Plox by a million miles, so the damage output I think would be to much for Plox to consistently handle.

Nonono! I said with Bronzong you can run 2 Luxury Ball, because if you ever draw it it can be added back to the deck!

I've done that with Claydol before it works alright but you can get frustrated when you can't play that precious Luxury Ball.

-Machamp
Tier 1.5:
-Donphan
-Porygon-Z

Tier two:
-Charizard
-Ampharos

I don't think you should really have a tier 2 I mean every deck that is not used alot is in that catigorie. That is how the tier list should look like.

Machamp is certainly not Tier 1, and we should determinate specific SP Variants to tell the tier.

There are to many ways to counter Gengar for it to be tier one and like Blaine said Machamp isn't tier 1 either both would be like tier 2 IMO.

Gengar will still be very popular and so will machamp otherwise known as GeChamp. Anyway gengar will never die :(.

One thing is GeChamp and other thing is Machamp, and neither of them are tier 1.

Gechamp is dying you IMO. People have learned how to play against it so it doesnt do that good.

Good i don't like ot play aginstr it but what about them just plain with techs and stuff.

GeChamp is still the best to me. And has got me through top cuts, but that is just me. Gengar Lv.X doesn't help the deck too much because it slows down the speed of GeChamp, my opinion.

GeChamp has done pretty well from my experience. jirachinick got 4th place with it at a cities.

I went 4-1 with my list, losing only to a single SP deck, drawing 0 roseannes for like 6 turns in a row against Lady Gaga.

GeChamp has to have a good hand on the first start or else deck fails epically, also in my experience.

^^A spiritomb start basically? Yeah. Thats what I got 99% of the time. Spiritomb followed by some evolving basic. Then, I get going. So no biggy.

SWD doesn't run Spiritomb (as far as I know.) But yeah, he really should add it just to help out with a lot of starts. Spiritomb can already lock Trainers like Gastly does, but not as an attack. By then, you are manually evolving your Pokemon to help out your start. I'd run 2-3 Spiritomb.
