I thought you said you'd leave it there then level up the next turn. Well, to be completely honest, you won't always have that special switch/warp. I don't like shaymin because it can be picked off by Flygon and Blaziken. I think Shaymin only hurts the consistency of the deck, and gives free prizes to other decks.

Obviously, you won´t Level Up if you don´t have the Warp/Switch. And if going against Flygon/Blaziken, you can attach Unown G/Bench Shield (although Blaziken isn´t a real problem to Shaymin as you can retreat).

since when are you going to be able to unown g when you have a full bench?

I don't like Shaymin and I stand by that, but I want another way to keep Jumpluff alive. It's just too frail.

SSU if something that actually, despite the fact that it is flippy, works for me. If you can keep a steady stream of Rare Candy going, not to mention Skiploom/BTS, then Jumpluff can last in. But I still took out SSU for a Nidoqueen tech. Really helps when it comes to healing.

Sunflora is not an energy searcher, it´s a Pokémon searcher. Check the Power, it searches Pokémon. It seems that whoever translated the card, did it wrong (not sure if Pokebeach of PUSA´s translators).

well to be totally honest I wasn't informed about this until now (GRRR, freakin translator's). but even if it's a pokemon search card it still has it's use's and make's pichu and pachirisu useless in a grass type decks. cya

RE: The Storms ~ This format is ours! *Always accepting members* *Check to see if you are on the inactive list!*

Why would Pachirisu/Pichu would even be used in grass decks other than Jumpluff? And in Jumpluff, Sunflora doesn't replace Pichu/Pachirisu, as they look for basics and Sunflora for the evos.

Honchkrow SV might work in Jumpluff.

Honchkrow does have to be active in order to use his power. So you'll have to be retreating and playing a whole bunch of Warp Points/Switches to really let Honchkrow do his job.

You know, I always thought Honch had free retreat, it just seems like a card that would, ya know? Apparently it isn't though. You could use warps and stuff, or you could go with an unown Q or 2 if you have a loose list. Otherwise, I wouldn't use it at all really. Its not that good. Its good as a tech-in-ummm-say Gengar, cause you can bring back like unown Gs or like weak pokemon with powers, and then just shadow room them for KO, thus preventing you from having to actually go out and attack their bulky attackers.

Haven't said anything in a while, just letting you know I'm still here!

May I ask what the topic is? :)

Well, right now what is hot is some Jumpluff discussion, because in the last few posts it has been all Jumpluff-related things. But in general, look at the bottom of the first post to see the general discussion.

@Seth: Even with Unown Q on Honchkrow, it would still be slow. I do believe that you can only retreat once during your turn, so you must run a good amount of Warp Point/Switches.

Here's an Idea use something called level max it works quite well. Sorry i have not posted I have been busy.

I am working on a plox deck and I can get out a T2 plox but the people that I play do not use to many powers and they are tanks of pokemon (charizard) The thing is how do you get more damage 60 is just not cutting it and neaither is 80 with a belt. I also played a Dialga g and got my but handed to me. The thing about most of my decks is I can make them work but they always lose by one prize. I forgot to say I have almost beaten some big fish to.(Gyra)

Level Max? Thats gross. Please dont mention that card, its pretty bad lol.

Plox isn't about the damage output, it never was. It was about doing 60+ a POWER LOCK. That means for SPs?

No Uxie/Uxie X. No Luxray. No Garchomp. No Palkia. No Azelf. No Bronzong. No promocroak. NOTHING. A T2 power lock should do some SERIOUS damage to SPs. I run mesprit as well, to ensure a T1 power lock as well. But yeah, Plox is a lovely deck, so disruptive and beautiful.

RE: The Storms ~ This format is ours! *Always accepting members* *Check to see if you are on the inactive list!*

This formats plox is gonna be T3. There won't be any T2ing unless you lucsak and doing that your giving up the T1 call. Mesprit honestly isnt that good. It burns bench space and honestly off a roseannes I would rather get Ralts and a Baltoy rather than one of those and a mesprit. and it's a terrible start.

it say's grass pokemon, not evo or basic, so it save's time to get out {G} pokemon cards faster.

idea, donphan/gardivior deck, with a manetric as tech so gardivior doesn't take dmg and can pull off a t2-t3 plox. cya

RE: The Storms ~ This format is ours! *Always accepting members* *Check to see if you are on the inactive list!*

What's the Donphan for? Honestly I don't think it would work. Just play PLOX on it's own.

I am thinking of playing SP probably. Thoughts?

RE: The Storms ~ This format is ours! *Always accepting members* *Check to see if you are on the inactive list!*

^^I agree with Brawler's above statement. Varit, Donphan doesn't go with everything.

@Brawler: Luxchomp is such a solid deck, with a 2-1 Uxie engine, a 1-1 Blaze for Dialga, and then 2-2 Chomp, 3-1 Lux.

RE: The Storms ~ This format is ours! *Always accepting members* *Check to see if you are on the inactive list!*

I don't like the Blaziken idea, though Luxchomp seems like a solid choice. I will test it and get back to you all.

RE: The Storms ~ This format is ours! *Always accepting members* *Check to see if you are on the inactive list!*

Blaziken isn't NEEDED, but if Dialga G is big in your area, its useful indeed. Use it to drag up Dialga and then bash him next turn, or if Dialga is the big dog active, use Blaziken to rush in for a whopping 160 damage, crushing any and all Dialgas in your path! Muhaha...Muhaha...MUHAHAHA!!!
