It is acctually hacked but it is a Legal hack. Do to writings on the Wishmkr. disk it can only be recieved VIA Non-Shiny, but using a certain code I forgot what it is, you can permanatly make it shiny. So that is how that came to be.

I can trade in...7 min. I need to get on my laptop which has wi-fi, and then get E-Vire from Ranch. I figure your ok with Clones?
