The Other Note said:"Arsenic is grey not teal".
How much are you willing to bet that will happen?Zyflair said:On a side note, if this is the third game in a row where Safariblade screws us over, I will rage.
Depends. How long are the wolves going to keep him alive? >|Deus: Nightmare Autarch said:How much are you willing to bet that will happen?
I'm on the fence with this one. I remember them saying about leaving hints in the story, but the chances of something this direct seems... too obvious. More likely nothing to me.HypnoticLuxray said:So it's probably either from DNA or means nothing.
Gistica said:It could mean nothing. Sow we have two options. No lynch. Or we could lynch one on Day 1 and the other on Day 2. I personally believe that no lynch is a better option since we really have nothing else to go off of.
Deus: Nightmare Autarch said:First I would like to thank you all for being very punctual about your role PMs and sending them all in well ahead of time! Now I can start the next day.
This is clue! Of course, All of you are the wolves. Wait. No.
Day 1
As the sun rose over the town of Dusty Gulch, it brought with it a storm of dust, billowing through every corridor of every street. The next few days were going to have very rough weather, and it would make visibility even at close range seem like a chore.
We can't even see our killers :x
They all awoke and began to go about their daily business and saw a note tacked onto the front door of the saloon: "We have arrived. Resist or die. - The Vigilantes". On the opposite side of the front wall, another note lay hanging, with markedly different handwriting. It said "Arsenic is grey not teal".
This is where it get's interesting. We now know our enemies are vigilantes, expect strange killings and possible cannibalism. "Arsenic is grey not teal." It's an obvious reference to Teal and SA (TheGuy doesn't like new usernames). There are a few reasons for this note:
1) This is a clue from some highly godly role that immediately knows that SA is a vigilante and Teal is not. Doesn't seem likely.
Chance: 2%
2) Someone wanted to have some fun with a night role and chose people at random to through suspicion at.
Chance: 93%
3) SA or Teal is trying to hide themselves and cast evidence that we throw out the window and assume they have been falsely accused.
Chance: 5%
"Great," someone spoke up. "They're here already."
Great. They're here already.
DNA can see the future :O
"But no one's died yet, which is fortunate," another said.
"That doesn't mean no one's ever going to die. We need to find who these scumbags are and get 'em!"
"You think that note means anything?"
"Pah, just some scumbag trick trying to catch us off our guard!"
Day 1 is going to end on Saturday, July 7th, at 11.59pm PDT (UTC -7). You have until then to make your decision. 17 votes are required to end the day.
You can either vote for one person to be lynched, or you can reach a "No Lynch" consensus. If there is no simple majority, one of you will be lynched at random.
Yeah, kind of a lame day update. Don't worry; I'll get better at this.

Dark Void said:So as I see it we've got a couple of options. We can A) lynch TDL because he was wolf the two previous games in a row and therefore irrefutable evidence is for him being a wolf this time and also its day one and TDL is alive what. We can also B) lynch safariblade for losing the town two games in a row with very bad moves (sorry but its true...). Then we can C) go for the no lynch.
The note seems rather suspicious. It doesn't seem possible that someone would be able to learn something about two players and write a note about them on the first night. I don't think DNA would have to give us a hint like that, so its kinda weird.
In any case, who're y'all gonna lynch today?
ComfortEagle said:Yes, lynch me. This is a wise choice. Go ahead and cast the first stone.
The fact I was a wolf two times in a row makes the third unlikely. Go ahead and try to lynch me though. I want a no lynch since we have no leads and lynching me is the same as a no lynch.
Both of you guys are utilizing Gambler's fallacy. RB got wolf role every time he played Werewolf. The past role assignment doesn't influence current role assignments.ComfortEagle said:The fact I was a wolf two times in a row makes the third unlikely. Go ahead and try to lynch me though.
