Yes, lynch me. This is a wise choice. Go ahead and cast the first stone.

The fact I was a wolf two times in a row makes the third unlikely. Go ahead and try to lynch me though. I want a no lynch since we have no leads and lynching me is the same as a no lynch.

Or we could lynch PMJ, the previous game host

A No Lnych seems like a good idea for the first night. We have 0 to go on so... yeah.

Does a fallacy exist that protects me from screwing up the town again? :x

Going off of that, it sounds like they are on two opposite factions (you could read it as "Cinesra is grey; Teal is not" and get a near identical message). That might just be me overthinking that quote though.

Like others have said, grey could mean an indie.

The note seems rather suspicious. It doesn't seem possible that someone would be able to learn something about two players and write a note about them on the first night. I don't think DNA would have to give us a hint like that, so its kinda weird.

DNA could be throwing the town a bone because the first day is usually just a no lynch. This way we get to do stuff/speculate on things.

But, I'm not 100% sure that's the case here. Is this a known thing for any other GMs to do in different versions of the game?

As for today, I think the best option is No Lynch.

It's called modkill.

Should we even bother waiting? Or just go no lynch right now.

I still want you guys to lynch me so I can become a confirmed innocent. Some of you want a no lynch and the least you guys can do is get a confirmed innocent. We could go after Teal an Cinsera because of the clue, but this is risky. Going after safariblade is a good idea actually after the last two games, however the only time he screwed up was late game. Keeping him around will do us no harm until we get later in the game. I am your best bet.

We pretty much have nobody to lynch. I'm giving you someone to "lynch". I harbor no bad intentions this time. If I was a wolf then I would be stupid for even doing this. The town will not be hurt and you will narrow the suspicion list.

I know you were joking Dark Void. What I'm doing is helping the town. Getting a confirmed innocent this early in the game is good for the town. You were actually on to something with wanting to lynch me.

When an indie dies, what color marks his death? I know a red = wolf. I still say we go no lynch though... I mean, for all we know it could be flavor text...

I agree that we lynch no one. We don't have enough information yet.

IT'S A TARP!
You want to die? Isn't this like the third time you asked someone to kill you?

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

Killing TDL this early is pretty pointless because there isn't any evidence saying that we should kill him.

I'm still working with that Cinesra + Teal thing. I want to hear something about it from them before we go vote. I don't think they're suspicious yet, but I want their opinions on the note.

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

I have no intentions of dying.

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

Okkkk, so I think TDL (I find it funny everyone still calls him this :p) can't die right now, or can't be lynched, or something. He said in an earlier post saying that he wanted a 'confirmed innocent'.

I think we should not lynch TDL, at least for now.

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

... there's no reason for TDL to be bluffing here. The stacks are way too high. Quite honestly, I'd rather just take TDL's word for it and leave him alone.

It's been brown in the past, at least I used brown.

I now suspect TDL of being a wolf. It's obvious no one is going to lynch him for that, it's the perfect cover up for a wolf, of course TDL is notorious for jokes.

Go ahead and lynch me then lol.

For those that have no idea what TDL is saying, here's a translation.

COME AT ME BRO
I personally don't think TDL would make such a risky gamble on the very first day, especially when he actually wasn't under that much hot water. Eh, I'm tired, so I'll sleep first and hopefully figure something out.

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

Maybe he has a role similar to mine last round. Where I could still talk to the town after death. Maybe he just wants us to kill him (or try to) in order for him to become trusted.

Or its a mind game.

Ooooh, you must have just KO'd one of your opponent's Pokemon because you just got Overconfidence. /lamejokeIknow

Well, I'm not sure how many active people we'll have during the next couple real life days because of Nationals, but maybe that's just as well for Day 1. I'm already 99% leaning on voting No Lynch for the day anyway.

What immediately stood out to me from the update was the mention of Teal (I didn't even see that it involved Cinesra backwards). I'm leaning toward it possibly being a Night role that caused it (something like a light Seer that can see alignments and post cryptic clues in the Night updates) but I'm definitely not 100% sure. It could even be the hosts or someone else tripping us up, so I don't think it's important this second.

dmaster out.

A) lynch TDL because he was wolf the two previous games in a row and therefore irrefutable evidence is for him being a wolf this time

People have already pointed out the fallacy here so I won't mention it (yes I will; just because he was wolf last two games doesn't mean he's wolf this time). Still, doesn't mean he isn't, and he could have some sort of protecty role going on.

Dark Void said:
B) lynch safariblade for losing the town two games in a row with very bad moves (sorry but its true...).

I am seriously considering this. safariblade didn't just muck it up for the town late game last game; it was pretty much the whole game (No Action 7 nights in a row when he had a protect role). That's definitely not the kind of person I want on my team. I'd rather cut our losses and get rid of him now. If he's town, no real loss. If he's scum, then, well, yay.

Dark Void said:
Then we can C) go for the no lynch.

I dislike the idea of No Lynch at any time unless it's at mylo. Honestly, I'd rather kill off safariblade right now than No Lynch.

I do. There were night actions last Night, so it's not that farfetched that we could get some kind of information.

I'm gonna get this out of the way right now and say that I'm town, but I'm extending this warning to all players, both town and scum; kill me at your own peril. If anything, I invite all the Vigilantes to come at me bro and see if I'm lying.

We have no real information here (I'm not gonna read too much into that arsenic clue, if it even is a clue), so here's the course of action I think we should take:

1. kill safariblade. The guy was basically on auto-pilot for seven Nights and I'm not sure we should risk letting him just idle his way throughout the game and not help us.

2. fulfill TDL's request to be lynched. Since this is Day 1 and we don't have any real information, I don't see the harm in rolling dice with TDL's role. If he's telling the truth, he's got some kind of conditional lynchproof ability. If that's true, we should attempt to lynch him before it wears off. Even if he's lying, what's the worst that could happen?

Thoughts?
