RE: Werewolf XV II: The Final Frontier (Night 9 ends on the 2nd of June, 10:00 PM EST)
I'M ON TIME OOOOOHHHHOOHHHHHHHHHH
_____
It had been a long time. Too long. Too long had the captain reigned over the crew, putting a stop to nearly all who opposed him. He seemed to be an unstoppable force on the ship -- his word
was law onboard, after all -- but he was far from invincible. This fact Gorsha pondered. He thoughtfully rubbed his chin. It was nigh time for their seemingly annual kill.
"Go, Grut, kill him." Gorsha stated, placing a milky white arm on his compatriot's shoulder.
"Why must
I do it? I mean, Ulginesh made a point to tell us why we killed." Grut replied, shrugging the hand off his shoulder.
"Oh please, Ulginesh didn't tell anyone what his plans were and you know it! I don't need to tell you why, either, so do it! Lanton died because he didn't follow my orders, make sure you do!" Gorsha shoved his first digit into the face of his subordinate.
Turning and leaving the room, Grut wondered if Lanton died because he
did follow Gorsha's orders...

Porygon-X, otherwise known as Roger Clemmins, sat at his desk. It was time for the daily Log, as was Starfleet standard. This one seemed to be different from the others. He had to catalog Ka-Ton's death. Clemmins couldn't find the words to write, let alone use the speech-to-text program built into the computer. He tapped the table with a small, Vulcan pin. It used to be Ka-Ton and it had always given him inspiration to be better at... Well, everything.
There was an odor in the air, suddenly. It smelled... Foul. It wasn't like anything he had smelled before. It was like... Petroleum. It was odd; he had only smelled it in simulation on Holodeck. How could he be smelling it here?
"Computer, what is in the air in this room?" Clemmins asked, standing up and becoming light-headed, bracing himself by placing a hand on the table.
"The scanners are offline. Unable to determine air quality." the female voice of the computer replied.
Feeling queasy now, Clemmins made for the door, jamming his finger into the console on the wall. That was the plan, of course. It was simple, really, flood a room with a foul smell, flush out those inside and wait. Simplicity is victory. The door opened to reveal an Undine, disruptor in his left hand.
"For the Empire." the alien said, taking aim.
Clemmins realized there was nowhere to go. He felt a presence, and a hand on his shoulder. It was a familiar one, and a warm one.
"
Let's go home, Roger." a voice spoke warmly.
Roger realized that this voice was Ka-Ton's and knew what this meant.
"Don't you mean five the empire? It's more than-" Clemmins was interrupted by a flash of green light. The disruptor had fired.
He fell to the floor, chest scorched and life failing. Death was coming fast. He felt cold for a second; like as if someone was standing in the snow for too long. But suddenly... He felt warm and happy, like a Spring day. His eyes were failing him, and as they blurred, something -- or someone -- appeared to him.
"Oh my."
Porygon-X was:
Captain Roger Clemmins
Allegiance: Starfleet
You are a new Captain in Starfleet, and the Farstar's newest commanding officer. You are known to be stubborn and reckless in the line of duty, and even though that makes Starfleet nervous and a little irritated, it makes you the perfect Captain to send out on a mission such as this. You haven't had previous dealings with the Undine, but you do know that you should trust no one -- not even those you trust the most.
Ability 0: I'm the Captain, here!
Once during the day, and only once per game, you may say "Enough! Clear the Bridge!" and send everyone to their quarters. This ends the day phase and immediately begins the night phase. You may only use this ability if there has been at least half the amount of votes neccesary for someone's lynch. This person will not be lynched when the day ends.
Ability 1: Security! Take him to the brig!
Out of suspicion and, well, because you can, you may PM me the name of a living player, this will send that person to the brig for the night. Due to their imprisonment they cannot use any abilities during the night phase. This poor individule gets out in the morning.
Ability 2: Advisory of friends.
You are the captain, and that means that you have a few friends in the crew. Most notably, Commander Garfield of the Farstar and Ka-Ton, your science officer. You may PM me either one of their character names and you will be in a mason group with that character's player for the next three day phases. At the end of these phases, you may PM me the name of another or the same character to resume your masonry.
Win Condition: You are alive when all threats are removed.
Day 10 begins now and ends on the 9th of June, 10:00 PM EST
