Speedrill is fun, until you lose most of them towards the middle of the game if your opponent has an amazing start. Luxape might also kill Speedrill, but you never know Speedrill might make top cut.
there's a good chance anything could win this year. almost everything in the meta is rogue, except gengar and luxape. those are the only highly played decks. that top cut and win most often. so rogue will probably take 1 division sand then either luxape or gengar will take another, and then who knows about the the third? probably some random SP deck, which would fall under rogue.
Betting on the safe horse, are we now?
Seriously, what is this doing in a DISCUSSION thread?
@Speedrill discussion: Sure, the opponent might have some cards to get going when they have an awesome start. Thing is that Speedrill has one of the most consistent awesomest starts I've ever played with. And also some recovery speed to back this up.
Yea it should do decent but not quite top cut as I think that a good luxape list has major advantages over it. I can somewhat match it for speed it has weakness and can bring up th eflutter wings beedrill to remove the searching power that the deck has.
@ the Speedrill thing. I played Luxape for awhile and only beat one Speedrill. When I played Speedrill I never lost to a Luxape. This is because the Bees keep on coming, but sooner or later they don't have an Energy Gain. And it's pretty hard to keep on charging 2-3 energy on an Infernape 4.
True, true but on the other hand it still is a difficult matchup, perhaps they weren't playing stadiums(lake boundary, snowpoint),those really fry Speedrill. But I think it can get a top 4 I don't see it winning.
