That's honestly a terrible reason to make the deck less consistent. Consistency wins you games.

Zoroark BW doesn't pose a threat to EXs, at least not anymore than Zoroark DE... The ONLY EXs that Zoroark BW can rationally one shot are Zekrom EX and Reshiram EX. But guess what? No body plays them. Any decent Zeels list doesn't use Zekrom EX because honestly, it's a terrible card...

Palace Belt is honestly pretty bad. Tool Scrapper and Pokemon Catcher pretty much ruin its effectiveness. Also, most decks can't afford the Tool spot anyway.

Yeah, Truth is definitely dead by now because of Raikou and Mewtwo. Large Cloak might give The Truth another shot at being decent... but you have to get the tool before item lock, Rayquaza EX will pretty much ruin it anyways, and a rotation will probably be happening soon by then as well...

Stage twos aren't that viable mainly because other cards do the job better. Reshiboar/phlosion = Same idea as Zekeels, but with very tight deckspace and worse Energy acceleration. Mewtwo/Gardevoir = CMT but with much less options for attackers, and much more weak to enemy Mewtwos. Empoleon...

Yeah, Terrakion pretty much gets demolished by Tornadus EX, especially when they startgetting killed by T2.

RE: Groudon ex??? Yeah, I'm pretty sure they had some HS-On cards in those lists that won that certain Japanese tournament.

Random Receiver is great in decks with a Dual Ball search engine, but it's kind of outclassed by Pokegear in a Collector engine. Thankfully, Dual Ball has increased in popularity over States and Regionals, so this will be the Supporter search trainer of choice. 8/10

I've been having some trouble fitting everything into a Dark.dec build that remains consistent and powerful. So I think Zekeels will stay the BDIF because Dark Toolbox has space issues and Stage one attackers.

Yeah, you never want to waste cards against Durant, especially in the mirror. I've seen many people at States and in tourney reports attach Eviolites and extra Energy and wasting Junk Arms, and that means less cards in the deck whenever using PONT or N. If you are gonna use Durant at Battle...
