Ok for Sceptile. I really like Cherrim, that's like healing 10, and it may save your Tangrowth from an OHKO. For example, Tangrowth SF is no longer OHKO by Blakiken FB lv.X (without Lucario GL), and you can revenge kill it (60 + Cherrim SF). May you Edit your list, please ?

Your deck seems to be good, but I would maybe add something versus Dialga G lv.X (for example, Blaziken FB lv.X).

Mantine >_<. Between Manaphy, Jynx and Cleffa, I would keep Cleffa. Free Retreat Cost, and Protect itself from damages, draw 1 more than Manaphy,... But be careful to Kingdra Prime !

... Your choice ! Manaphy draws less, but free retreat and may attack. Cleffa can't attack, but protect itself and draws more. Jynx might draw more or less, but it has got more HP.
