There is no mixed one. Infernape + Lucario just doesn't work together, I hope people will understand that sooner or later.
And er, no offense, but if you want to play the TCG, you'll never actually have played it until you design and build your own custom deck.

None taken... in D/P Block formatit actually made a good outcome... i've tried it but not a 2-2 lucario... I play Block formats only... since were restricted from using other sets...

TyApe or Magmortar in my opinion are some of the better ones.

It's a decent card, could be really good, but with the plethora of water decks around, it might be hard to utilize correctly. But Typhlo works.

Magmortar is definately the best fire guy out there. Typhlosion is the runner-up.

Infercatty isn't good. Shut it down with CC and Ape can't go bananas. Catty isn't good here, Magmortar snipe 100 kills Ape fast.

1) Lucario (power is sooo broken)
2) Magmortor (with that new magmortor, sooo good)
3) Infernape (well...look at the attention it got)
4) Torterra (this card is going to be alot bigger this year and will see some play. Power is pretty good and nice attack)
5) Random dp3 LV X (the others out right now aren't that great....)

seriously, why would anyone want to let their opponent inside their decision making process like this card does? i cannot think of a single viable deck strategy which could practically use this card.

It does have uses, but generally, TV Reporter and stuff is more desireable.

If you need 3 Energies, Rival is the way to go. Except if the opponent knows you need them (like in Gatr MT decks). But I still think it's a fun card, but TV Reporter is probably better.

Actually, now that i think about it, Mary's Impulse was worse than rival.
