Well, I just want to hear everyone else's opinions on whether or not I should fake out or revive someone. Remember, Armaldo is at low health.

Can you fake out though? This is no longer the first move of this combat so according to the video games, it should fail. I assume that Pawniard is still able to submit an action but likely it will fail if he stays in the ground (or maybe it will let him loose, who knows), but Prankster only gives me +1 priority, same thing for Sucker Punch so in reality because Pawniards speed is higher than mine his action would go first and most likely fail, then I would rescue him, assuming I don't fail a roll and basically waste a turn.

Oh, yeah, Fake Out won't cause a flinch this turn. <.<

Maybe we should revive the pillow bird? It can guard us and keep us alive if it wants. :3

Yes, and we have both budew and murkrow on him; even if one is not enough, both surely are. Please, fake out anorith C, so we can focus on the others without fear of him knocking out one of us.

TGK? is it that way? does fake out count as the pokemon's first move, or the combat's? and would keeper's higher speed make him fail his attack before being rescued?
If it fails, I think you should use extremespeed and let him get out himself, we are kind of pressured with so few attacks and so many enemies.

If anyone wants to revive me, it'd be much appreciated. I could really use some levels about now.

I may as well use flash cannon if I am going to attack, the Anorith are slower that Sol is, and Armaldo is most likely going to get knocked out before he could hit me. Besides he should in theory hit his biggest threat which is Budew. I am not sure how we are really calculating anything to be honest, particularly attack order. TDK are we rolling speed stats for both attack order and accuracy?

Jabber, you should get a level up even if you are knocked out, otherwise this game is going to be extremely unbalanced, and a lot more difficult than I had anticipated in the least

Aand I'm dead after falling asleep irl....damn. I was awake for like 5 hours and then slept for 8 hours after already having a full 12 of sleep wth? I was going to submit my action for an attack, but the pillow was SOOO COZY! T_T tgk how come my trap to get armaldo to break through the wall didn't work? According to the new pmd game muddy water affects everyone in the room, it's like earthquake but with water and it might apply to this game as well. Professor light everytime I see your character make a post and she isn't covering her mouth it is a dissapointment as it means there will not be any beautiful sarcastic lines about how much the rest of us suck, LOL. Aand I'm pretty sure that's all I can think of atm asides from saying professor, your character is really smart with battle tactics, maybe we should have our characters strategize together.

Fake out works in the same way as it would in the games, so it would only work on the Combat's first turn.

Unfortunately I need to be alive to gain levels.

[12/10/15, 7:48:24 PM] Jabberwock: can you confirm or deny if dying removes any levels you would otherwise gain?
[12/10/15, 7:48:30 PM] Jabberwock: *from a battle
[12/10/15, 7:50:06 PM] tgk: if you are alive at the end of the battle, you gain a level.
[12/10/15, 7:50:25 PM] Jabberwock: Order. >_<
[12/10/15, 7:50:30 PM] tgk: so you could leave an Anorith alive, revive everyone, take out anorith, and then everyone goes up a level.

I think we should go through with that^, personally. Thoughts, anyone?

If you think your speed can go even without priority, use flash cannon in anorith B with me (I will deliver the coup de grâce for sure if yours is not enough); hopefully we'll bring it down before it attacks, and bbninjas should hopefully get armaldo before he does any damage.

Cypher can use psyshock on anorith C, revive someone, or help keeper, I'll leave that up to you; hopefully, whatever he does won't be necessary.

If that's feasible, we should; if not, I think cypher should definitely revive you now; you're probably the one who needs most a level up.

Also I just thought of something, what if we tie up an Anorth when there's only one left so we can spend turns reviving our party and stuff then bring out the pain when everyone's alive?

VZl6ZLX.png
If you brought any rope, sure. You're going to want rope to tie up an Anorith, yeah? :p

We could use that blue thing of yours, even if you fainted. Best case scenario, you even drain its soul and revive! :D

I doubt it Vom, TGK said we're not supposed to be RPing if we're fainted, so...

Right so, let's take a re-cap. Alive we have:
Keeper - stuck in the ground (probably only because somebody brought it up and the host is a troll >_>)
bbninjas - dealt 16 damage to Armaldo
Athena - was found, whoops
Squirtle - missed attacks
Yeowie - tied to a rock
Cypher - healed Jabber
Vracken - gave an Anorith a hug
prof.light - dealt 13 damage to Armaldo

In order of how they moved in the last turn. Ninjas actually moves first, I just had priority, with 19 speed. In fact, everybody above Vracken will move before Armaldo.
Armaldo will die to Budew. Magical Leaf won't miss, and will do more than enough damage.
So maybe, let's have Riolu revive Honedge (Prankster), then Honedge will actually get to move first with Sacred Sword due to having the highest speed stat and take out an Anorith (probably) with Sacred Sword.
Then we just need to figure out how to spread out our attacks among the remaining two Anorith... While I get myself out of the ground.

[12/10/15, 8:31:10 PM] Jabberwock: Don't recall you saying this...?
[12/10/15, 8:31:21 PM] tgk: I edited it out.
[12/10/15, 8:31:25 PM] Jabberwock: Ahh
[12/10/15, 8:31:41 PM] Jabberwock: So Vom's plan will work if you roll 20
[12/10/15, 8:31:46 PM] tgk: yep

That plan seems best, so we're left to spread squishy, pichu and myself between the two remaining anorith? and pichu might or might not succeed?

Budew+murkrow - attack armaldo
pawniard - unstuck himself
riolu - revive honedge
honedge - sacred sword on anorith B

So, why don't pichu and espurr attack anorith A, who is already weakened? perhaps squishy and myself can target anorith A and C with muddy water and dazzling gleam to make sure in case pichu fails and espurr is not enough?
