Blitten (Blizzard + Kitten) - Tigundra(Tigris+ Tundra) (Lv37) [Debatable/Middle stage may be scrapped]- Feralis(Feral + Felis)(Lv54) - Mega Feralis (Feralite Alpha/ Feralite Omega)

The fact that it has many weaknesses it could use a buff hence mega evolutions. I have two for now so we can have at least one and scrap one if it doesn't work out, so a back plan basically. And Keeper yes I can draw, I am an art student after all ;D

Keeper I can focus more on design and can you do the more VG stuff. We'll of course still give each other pointers and such. I can also help you on Spectore's design as well.

If you want to do it in crayon, keeper it's fine, just take away the background, make only the pokemon.

No type chart changes. no names before seeing the design. if you are worried about weaknesses, work around it somehow. Keeper is crafty, he can pull it off, but remember, no smogon-type reasonings... if it will be bad, it will be bad.

Anyway, I have an idea for a pokemon. It's a dark, ghost, or poison-type raccoon. I got the idea from raccoons with rabies and those cartoon raccoons that were hit by a car with the tire marks in the middle.

I'd say maybe ghost/poison since the raccoon is practically dead.

A million other animals get rabies, including dogs and bats, and the tire marks seem like more of a design feature than as a justification for a typing. You'll need more to make a raccoon, considering zigzagoon exists.

New moves and abilities are allowed, but try to keep them open to other pokemon too, nothing exclusive. I'd say spectore would benefit from one or two new moves. Nightfall would be useful to him too.

Of course nothing exclusive, I don't work in that department very well. I'd love to give Spectore a new status move... Something to do with Paralyze sounds about right.

dark type, paralysis, low damage. Nuzzle, basically.

The move's name is shiver. It does 20 damage, dark type, special and 100% paralysis. Same as nuzzle.

You have three things there, start with one. Alligator sounds good enough. find a twist now. dragon/water protosuchus?

I think light meant have Shiver be the name of the attack. But I am totally giving it Fake Out now that you bring up Flinching.
Anyway:

Enshroud
100% Accuracy
20 PP (max 32)
The target becomes enshrouded in a dark mist or fog that can cause Confusion. Clears the field of Hazards and Weather.

Just came up with it at 1 am. Somebody who is actually awake, make it happen.

Also on the topic of status conditions, here are two I came up with a long while back. These are only for inspiration, I'm not necessarily pitching these.

Soaked (Nonvolatile)
Caused by some water type moves.
- 10% chance to be caused by Surf, Water Pulse, Water Spout, Water gun, Hydro Pump, Muddy Water, Waterfall, Ocatzooka, Whirl Pool, Hydro Cannon, Brine.
- 100% chance to be cause by Soak.
- Doesn't affect Water types
- Makes the target take 100% more damage from Ice type moves and increases the chance of Freezing by 10%.
- Healed if hit by fire type move.

Itchy (Nonvolatile)
Caused by some Bug and Grass type moves.
- 10% chance to be caused by Razor Leaf, Cotton Spore, Frenzy Plant, Leaf Blade, Magical Leaf, Spider Web, Attack Order, Infestation.
- 90% chance to be caused by Needle Arm, Spiky Shield, Bug Bite.
- Doesn't affect Rock types, Bug types, or Steel types
- Lowers Special Attack by 50%
- 10% to not attack (much like paralysis)
- Healed if hit by Water type move or healed by a move that only restores HP (Wish, Heal Pulse, Recover, Rest, Moonlight, Healing Wish) excluding Roost.

So rapid spin that can cause confusion? I really wouldn't want to see that used against me... That might be a little too nasty.

That isn't a goal, no. You would really really need to justify it.
