I don't think that's a pattern with starters.

Inb4 all the fire starters are Fire/Fighting.

They don't really have a pattern.

kanto had a turtle, lizard and a dinosaur
johto had a weasel, and weird plant thing and an alligator
hoenn had a lizard/green ninja, chicken and a mudskipper
sinnoh had a turtle, penguin and a monkey
unova had an otter, a pig, and a snake
kalos had a chipmunk, a frog and a fennec fox.

Please, explain the very specific pattern when GF chooses what animal they will base their starters off :D

At least you'll always have the challenge. And Eron is in the same timezone as you, so you should at least get some time to talk.

Hm. Hello. Just dropping by to say that I can do some hacking, and I could implement these mons in a game. However, I'd need sprites that fit 64x64 pixels and have only 15 colors. Making an actual game would be really difficult, and not something I think I can do alone.

Also, now people got gen V mechanics to work on gen III games, including physical/special split and all that. :3

Thanks, zygarde, but it's still a little too soon; we haven't even started yet.

Has anyone thought something, anything? in my team's QT only goomy and I posted. Are the other teams any better?

Goomy, if you read this, let's move to PM, maybe it's easier that way.

1 - Turtwig - Blossombranch - Shiny goodra - Eron
Legendary 1 / Legendary 2
2 - Keeper of Night - evilpacman - Wandering Wolf
Starter
3 - Professorlight - His goominess - Blui - Scorched feathers
Starter
4 - Shiny dragonite - Pineapple X - Haunted water
Starter

As you can see, I dissolved team 4, and reassigned both legendaries to team 1, and eron is with them. Blui seems lost too; he hasn't posted since he joined and didn't vote, so you're preemptively with goomy and me.
It's better for both legends to be designed by the same people, In any case.

Wolf, can you PM me the QT links, so I can send them to eron and scorched feathers?

Tomorrow, do you have anything?

At the most basic it should be one species per type, three species per team, so if you don't have more than that, it's fine.

Also, we do have a good idea for a water starter but not any other starter. Tried drawing a basic concept last night, which I'm going to link to in QT for KoN and pacman.

I actually already have a sketch of a Grass starter.
