I've ripped some. But I aint letting YOU use them. Well not yet anyway. I'm still extracting all other aspects.

All fell free to use this blank. Energy symbol was done on a piece of mother board, shaded, and added the symbol. I've already extracted symbol, but I'm not uploading it.

Hey FC, do you have a font download to the HGSS fonts? That are free? The font guide won't work for me if I don't have the actual font.

Hey there!

Sorry for me being such a newbie, but could you please tell me what to do when i download the fonts. Cuz when i download, they just get into files and if i click on them, they just show some text of the font.

Greatly appleased if you could help me out with that.

Send those files to the font folder. Go to Control Panel-Fonts. The fonts will then be installed on to your computer.

Thanks for your help!

Only problem is that it didn't work...
I downloaded the fonts, then i copied them and tried to paste them in the fonts folder but then a window popped up saying i can't.

It might depend on that i use Windows 7 maybe.

If anybody know what to do, please help!

It may be a case where you have to do it different, try extracting the fonts into a regular folder (such as Documents) and then right click the files and select 'install' :D

As a matter of fact, I am indeed! The Gen V buzz has once again sparked my interest in faking. I'm currently remaking/upgrading Nick's old Neo blanks, as well as remaking the custom type blanks (new symbols, higher quality attack symbols, etc). I'll post when more are ready -- I'll include a blank Neo-era blank as well! =)

Wow FC, I'm flattered, really! Haha. Don't get TOO excited, though. ;)


Little background...

When I first started faking (almost 10 years ago, wow...), Neo blanks were commonplace, so I suppose that's where my heart lies.

One of the things I'm doing is basically redoing the blanks so that everything lines up -- Nick's old blanks were a few pixels off here and there, and I was always something that bugged me. Now, each part of individual blanks will line up perfectly! I also redid the Ground, Flying, and most notably Rock symbols, because the Rock was never something I was happy with. I actually preferred the original Flying symbol, but I couldn't find a high enough quality picture of it, so I had to remake it, Ground, and Poison.

As for Bug and Dragon -- I used to prefer Nick's symbols, but now like the simpler design of Zeo's. I also like how Zeo incorporated orange into their design, but didn't want to make it the deining feature so you'll find hints of the color.

I DON'T GET IT. What font/ size do I use for HG/SS pokémon? the font guide is really vague, its charming and all with it being on the blank but it hardly has any info. Can someone PLEASE just tell me something like "if you're using cascade's HG/SS blanks, the pokémon's name should be __ pt. in ______ font and have __ spacing, here's the ratio for how long the Pokémon's names is_________" stuff like that? cuz just typing "name" is just as helpful as it would be if I just looked at a real card.

Erm... it's actually just a preview. If you click download on the page you can get the PSD and edit it to whatever you want it to say.
