If the bike can fold up enough to be put in your bag, how can it be sturdy enough to carry you? The bike would need a lot of bend-points. Those bend-points would weaken the structural integrity of the bike, so it would be improbable that the bike could support the player.

On your pokedex it says stuff like the mouse like pokemon. If pokemon are the animals, how would they know what mice are?

Well, Ash has been known to wear a cow costume in episode 3
You also see Pidgeotto eating a regular worm in that same episode...
You also see them eating meat-based products from time to time, so either there ARE real animals, or it's downright disturbing... (hmmm, pikachu-steak *drools*)

How can you fit a bike, technical MACHINES, and hundreds more items in one backpack. The anime shows how large even potions are, let alone techical machines.

In the game, Electivire has Motor Drive, which makes it so Electric type attacks deal no damage. However, in the beginning of Giratina and the Sky Warrior, it shows Pikachu
attacking an Electivire with Thunderbolt and it looks like it did damage! PLOTHOLE!!!!

In Sapphire/Ruby, the Ruin Maniac outside Registeel's "burial room" says he can't see the door, even after you visit the sealed chamber.
In the anime, you can see wild pokemon all over, but in the game, all you see is tall grass and suddenly a Pokemon attacks.
Why would Kyogre have such a hard time beating Groudon? It doesn't make any sense...
Foe Groudon used Earthquake!
Kyogre used Hydro Pump!
It's super effective!
Foe Groudon fainted!
Also, in DP, Professor Rowan's assistant says, "If you chose *starter* back at the lake, we would have the same Pokemon now!"
However, if you indeed chose that starter, you would not have the same Pokemon at this point.
