If im serious i like more Dragonite than mence but Flygon only works with choice scarf variants so Dnite wins.

Your joking, right? MixGon is one of the most threating pokemon in this metagame. It tears apart any team lacking Suicune or smart prediction. Also, a Eletric immunity and Rock resist's are important. Sorry for posting here, but I had to point that out.

And why.

Dragonite is too slow imo, and as to what PDC said, MixGon can be devastating. As for Kingdra, Sub + DD + Outrage and Waterfall is a good move set and over all I just preffer the move sets compared to Dragonite.

Well now, that's a bit unfair. You are right in saying that MixGon is one of the most threatning pokemon in this metagame, however, Suicune is most CERTAINLY not the only thing that can take it out. Abomasnow, Mamoswine, and Weavile can easily come in on the revenge kill with Ice Shard. Choice Scarf Rotom does occasionally carry hidden power Ice, as well as Jolteon and Substitute Shaymin variants. Choice Band Scizor easily hits for more than 50% to Flygon, so it can hit it for the kill if it's taken enough Stealth Rock damage, or has taken a hit for any good amount of damage at all. Also, Scarf Heatran threatens Dragon Pulse, and can get in a revenge kill on MixGon, so I think it's fairly easy to say that Suicune and "smart prediction" are not the only things that counter it.

It would be kinda be obvious is somebody switched in Scizor, Abomasnow, Weavile, to revenge it. Yes, theres that stuff, however, it's still brute. I prob should of explained more, but I can't make a long speach on the DSi.

Umm, because it's attack power is just plain monstrous. Flygon's is good, but it's certainly not Dragonite's, and it also has the same exact weaknesses as Salamence does anyways. ._. Flygon is part ground, you know, so it's just as weak to Abomasnow, Weavile, and Mamoswine as flygon is. I for one, like Dragonite a lot better than flygon. CB Dragonite is a monster, and Scarfnite has a huge chance at sweeping. Nite also has access to Dragon Dance, which Flygon does not.

Both are still kinda terrible to be honest

That's just ignorant. They were good before Sally was an uber, and they'll be even better now. :\

For the topic: I'm starting to think that they will both be very balanced in terms of special and physical attack stats. Reshiram will probably be more of a sweeper while Zekrom might be more of a tank. That's my prediction.

I'm very excited that Salamence is Uber. It'll make my Dragonite addiction even awesomer.

Sorry I've been gone a while. Some things came up and I had to do lots of stuffs. But I'm back now. I kinda enjoyed my break from society though. I lose sleep over this stuff! XD

Yeah but are you joking too.I mean most of the commond Ou threats can Bash Flygon(And dont think that suicune can be OHKO'ed by Flygon)Scizors Bullet Punch does more than Half which will be a 2HKO always.Metta can not be taken by earthquake(IF running Choice band probaly yes but you say MixGon)and it deafets Flygon by MM.Having normal weaknes to water and Grass help not too.I dont see where flygon is better than Nite i mean yeah it has more speed,But cant D-nite Dragon Dance yesw it can and in that way it makes its stats pretty high and awesome for sweeping

Most Flygon carry Roost. So most of the time it's at a higher bit of HP and can kill with Fire Blast. Metagross can be killed by the more psycical based set if at slightly lower health using EQ. Also, the only viable Grass types in OU are Celebi and Shaymin. Although Shaymin is capable of beating it, standard Celebi can't while it's taken crae fo Fire Blast as Grass Knot won't do that much. Shaymin can even be killed by Fire Blast as most are offencive. Thats just my reply I guess =/ However, I agree with the Water part as it can limit it's sweeping abilitys.

I think zekrom will be physically attack/defence based, and reshiram will be Special attack based.

Wow, how stupid that people are getting angry at me for using Salamence even though I've forgotten to take him out. I killed one Pokemon on Shoddy with it and Scizor revenge killed with Bullet Punch.

I think that there'll be an item for them that does that, like the Orbs for Dialga/Palkia. I think the ability they'll get will be the oh-so-classic Pressure, for double PP use, as it is on almost every legendary there is. [exceptions are Celebi, Jirachi, the Latis, Rayquaza, and Heatran.]
