mime isn't fun but you can beat it.
Also maybe DGX would be a decent tech in this deck?(if you don't play Giratina lv.x)
IDK how I'd squeeze it in but it could help against some decks(aka CurseGar)

What would you say about VS Seekers in the deck. Would you put 1 or 2 in. Either way you can get more than 4 Mars or Initiative provided that they aren't prized.

I'd say two just because IMO running one just seems sorta pointless.

OK, after testing Giratina/Sableye against my dad's Flyphan deck, I gotta say the deck runs pretty well. The setup is basically play with Initiatives/Mars with Sableye while you slowly attach to Giratina. You can use the attack that disrupts the opponent if you truly want to lock them, or stick to Darkness Lost if you want to spread/Lost Zone (I ended up getting both of my dad's Baltoy into the Lost Zone). I really disrupted him quite a lot, and with the Sablelock thing prevent a T2 donk from Donphan.
The deck works, but my list definitely needs a lot fixing.

yeah, no problem.
Also i find bannette to be very useful just because it gives you more variety in what you can do.

States. States! STATES! States are coming up (in case you didn't know that) and it's time to talk about what combos and decks HGSS has for us. What the meta will be, which states we are going to, reports, things like that. Much the same as Regionals, but we'll worry about Regionals when the time comes. Also, RL just came out in Japan. Since we have the translations, also discuss about combos and strategies that we have from RL (as if our members haven't figured that out yet...)

Lets. Because I don't think all of us want to share our combos from RL >_>.
Anyways. I cant wait for regionals. I keep hearing the words T32 tossed around, and if so, I am topping for sure.

Ok, let me ask, how does qualifying for worlds work exactly????
Currently, my rank is 20th in the state or Oregon. Not too bad.
If it IS top 32, then does that mean I qualify automatically as long as I maintain this or better????

No Shadow, its T32 in the nation for your division. So you need to be supposedly in the top 32 for the nation. Or get T4 at nats. Lawl. Or get a ranking invite.

If the top 32 in every state were to be accepted, then we might as well not be looking for the best players, but desperate for players. Take about 50 States, and multiply that by 32. That would be a lot of people, more for the amount of invites being handed out.
But I would like that, though. I'm first in MD right now =P

You won't get it in SRs most likely.
Im kinda mad beacuse seniors well probably only get T8 and were still gonna be one of the most competitive regionals.

I'd hate to admit but I know that. I was only able to go to half the tourneys I usually go to since I'm now busy most weekends. My best shot is to see what happens at Nats, but I'm not to prominent on that either. Oh well.
