Pokemon what would happen if pokemon were real?

I would have the Regis and 4 Castform, a Porygon and A Porygon2, along with all the fossil pokemon
 
When Blaine retires and hands me over the gym, i'd redo the ? maze to get in, and just put an army of trainers (30) that you have to beat all of to get to me, and no breaks;). jk but it would be cool. plus my Arcy/Growlithe ranch would also have more than just fire pokes;).

Same way you catch any other Pokémon, duh. Look for it. Once you find it, battle it. I suspect with legendaries, it'll be just a smidgie bit harder since they probably won't accept your challenge and just take off somewhere. ;)
