You can also buy these items on the 2nd floor of the Veilstone Department store or at the battle tower for 1 BP each. I can give you these items too since I buy them all the time. It will cost you $500,000 for the vitamins for only one Pokemon. I battle the E4 so much that I usually have enough to get enough fo 1 Pokemon.

I have 1 Protein, 1 Zinc, 1 Carbos, 1 Calcium, 1 Iron, 1 HP Up, and 2 Full Restore. My Lum Berries should finish growing tomorrow. Gligars are easy to breed, so maybe 1 Rare Candy for 2 Gligar.

Remember you can just buy them in the clan shop too. then you don't have to do real trades for them.
