Wait. I still want the Male Ralts Adamant but changed my mind about Riolu. Impish Turtwig will do fine. And could I get a Magmarizer/Magby as well?

Do you LeafGreen KG? If you do, you can get a Magby up at Stark Mountain.
If not, its ok since ive got FR and LG so I can get Electivire and Magmortar.
