If you want me to, I can go ahead and create concepts of my own and the other team members can agree/disagree once they begin working again. My free time is limited, and I wanted to help with this on the days that I am able to...but I can't if no one else gives any input.
Can you pass me the QT link so I can see who's active and stuff? if you have 10 pages a 3 day hiatus is not so bad, but if you have 1 or 2...

Maybe make less teams, with each team only consisting of the active members.
My team is fairly active at least, but if the rest of the teams are having a problem...
I was thinking that, too, dissolving teams, suspending non-active members, moving work here and everyone works separately or in optional groups and brings the stuff here for review.

I figured in then end, most of the our designs would be redesigned by someone who has skill in making fakemon. If we put forward our best concepts, perhaps we could have someone take those concepts and make them look like Pokemon. Just a thought.
The thing is that redesigns are still, a wholly different,
new design, and as such, the fakemon artist would have made the fakemon, not you.
Making concepts is not what this thread is about; we've done that to death in several threads already. The thing here is "you like this pokemon/idea?, well,
do it." and we all collaborate so the designs are good/balanced/GF style, or at least better than what one person can do alone.
This task demands
some dedication, even if it's only for fun; you can't just burst in the QT once a month, say "hey guys, I thought of this super-cool concept for a pokemon! good luck!". You have to work with your team, defend your ideas to the best of your ability and in the end, you'll be able to say."I made that. I designed a pokemon". Might not be the frantic competition of The challenge, but it doesn't demand so much of your attention either.
