In all truth, your logic for this vote is "If it happens to be an ability that redirects off of BB, it means he could be scum, though not necessarily." A vote with two obvious flaws you admitted yourself (he does not necessarily have that role, it is not too likely too be scum) on the only (small) piece of evidence you have seems like a shot in the dark to me, as we have more evidence for a couple other lynches. Although you did not look too scummy before, I am starting to doubt you now.
@Squirtle Squad Maybe you attempted to start that lynch to bring pressure off of your fellow scums.

If I suspect either faction is trying to game this in order to avoid or take advantage of the penalty, I will modkill the offending players at my sole discretion.
This is exactly what I'm feeling right now. SM just doesn't seem scummy to me really, but the confidence PP and Camo had yesterday when the TGK case was growing makes me doubtful in how I'm reading SM. Although we could lynch once and for all to further along discussion, I also feel like he might flip town. Either way I'm not confident enough to vote on scattered just yet.

You yourself have stated that redirection ability isn't indicative of alignment "because it can be on town roles too", so why think and vote bbninjas is scum with that reasoning?
Twisting the facts and posting a conclusion that paints someone as scum when the actual logical conclusion is just neutral is a scum tactic to start and push a lynch on town.

What good will claiming do? I don't understand. People aren't going to listen to the claim even if he posts it, like what happened to Quaking. They'll label it a safe claim no matter what.
Also, the points against SS are very strong, in my opinion. Why would an ability like that immediately make him scum? I think he's voting for the benefit of the doubt, but like Reinforce has said, it could be either alignment's ability/card. Besides, how do we know BB has the ability? How do we know it wasn't just someone using a card or ability effect? Not only this, but since we know the effect redirected to you, you should have received a PM with the buff details, since KX has stated he was notified that you were affected instead of BB.

I believe the whole post is about the case on SS, and that the vote on you is unrelated.

@GM DracLord The reason I (and everybody else, I assume) have changed votes to Squirtle Squad was because his vote for bbninjas was more evidence than we had against scattered (whose only evidence was based on a (questionable, judging by the response to the case) meta read). Squirtle Squad's case is not very good, but it is better than nothing. If he provides a good defense, I'll unvote him, but for now, we're just voting to add pressure.
I didn't change votes, but I changed from neutral to taking a side.
