I'm pretty sure it is 1/18. But I'm curious, for those boxes where it was a guaranteed one, does that mean you can't get MORE than one in a box?

You misunderstand my stance here. I'm a collector before a player, but Metalizard seems to be looking for a "use" for their cards, and beyond playing, there isn't really one.

It sounds like you need to start playing at a league in addition. I know you said that you don't want to damage even the repeated cards, but it sounds like something you might need to just get past.

You don't really base decks around it.

Has a POP pack, a Secret Wonders pack, and a RH Carvanha from secret Wonders. It says on the outside that it includes 1 two-card promo pack, 1 SW booster, and one promo card, but is there anything special about this Carvanha?

Sorry if this is the wrong place. I just started playing and I'm trying to build a deck but not only do I not know how, I don't know what the "every deck needs them" card staples are. Is there a resource I can use or something?
